Wes is not feeling well today. He has a bad cold and is really congested. Poor kiddo... and poor momma, he didn't sleep much last night. Hopefully he will look more like the 2nd picture tomorrow. BTW-notice the blanket in both pictures? He LOVES having blankets close to his face.

Silly boy

Wesley has grown so much over the past week. He has started to laugh and smile a ton more. He has discovered his hands and loves stuffing them in his mouth. Puts anything near him in his mouth including blankets, the binky leash, my fingers, his clothes, burp cloths, etc. The drooling has begun and he is always soaking wet. I now have to put bibs on him in order to keep his shirt dry. He has also started to recognize Rosie. It is so cute to watch him follow her with his eyes and smile. I love watching him learn new things! Here are some cute pics Heather took of his many silly faces.

B-day Weekend

My sister Heather was in town over the weekend. Best birthday gift EVER!! We had so much fun. Heather got lots of snuggles from Wes, we went to The Galleria, Lupe Tortilla, played lots of Dance Central on Kinect, had dinner at Mom & Bob's and just loved being together.

Slow down buddy

I cannot believe my baby is sitting in a bumbo.

He is getting so big and it makes me nervous. He's not my little newborn anymore, he's 3 months already! Wes is more alert, smiling all the time, loves kicking his legs, starting to splash in the tub, and talking (cooing) lots more (especially when Phil gets home from work). Life is much more fun with him around.

Santa & Charlotte

Wesley was lucky enough to meet two very special people while in Utah.

Santa came to my parents house and Wes was so interested in who this guy was and why he was dressed so funny. I also added a few pics from Christmas day.

Oh Charlotte, we love you. Isn't she the cutest little girl? My friend Ashley had Charlotte the beginning of Dec. so they are only 8 weeks apart! I love that we had babies so close together. One day I WILL live by her. Don't worry I have already told Phil about this plan :).

So many new faces

While we were in Utah over Christmas Wes got to meet lots of family and friends.

He had lots of fun snuggle and play time with Grandpa and Grandma Ewell (my parents).

He met lots of family on the Ewell, Hughes and Hamm side. My sisters were so sweet with Wes and I think my cousin Bobby wanted to take Wesley to California with him (so great seeing them)!

He got to meet his Grandpa Harrison and Great Grandma Harrison. We also met Phil's dads friend Ann. I am so bummed we didn't get any pics of her. We had lots of fun visiting with them!

We made a few stops to see some Kjars as well. Unfortunately I forgot to take more pictures but here are a few tender ones with Nana, Grampa and Anne.

Our trip to Utah was a blast and I am so glad we got to see so many family and friends. Unfortunately there is never enough time and we didn't get to see everyone we wanted to.
